南水北调中线穿黄工程具有战略地位重要、地质条件复杂、技术要求严格等特点,施工中面临着较多的技术挑战,需要成立专家专题咨询技术服务体系。穿黄工程开工一年来组织了数次专家技术讨论会,提出了切实有效的技术措施,对整个穿黄工程的顺利推进起到了至关重要的作用。

The expert theme consulting system should be established to deal with the technology challenge in the construction of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Yellow River Crossing Project with important strategy position, complex geologic setting and strict technology requirement. Since starting of Yellow River Crossing Project several expert technology seminars have been set up and some feasible and effective technology measures have been put forward.
