锂离子电池Li_(3-x)M_xN(M:Co,Ni,Cu)系列负极材料研究进展

摘要 Li3-xMxN(M:Co,Ni,Cu)具有首次脱锂容量大,良好的充放电可逆性等优点,是制备锂离子电池负极的优良材料。本文介绍了此系列材料的制备方法、结构、特性及其性能。 Li(3-x)MxN(M:Co,Ni,Cu) is a series of promising anode materials for lithium ion batteries due to their high capacities and stable cycling performance. In this paper, the performance, preparation and characteristics of Li(3-x)MxN(M:Co,Ni,Cu) were introduced, and its recent progress of research was reviewed.
