摘要 在对3266树脂工艺性研究的基础上,研究了定型剂含量对3186缎纹、827单向碳布/3266树脂基复合材料弯曲强度、层间剪切强度和模量的影响。结果表明:定型剂含量对复合材料力学性能的影响规律、定型剂最佳用量均对增强材料的织态结构有着很强的依赖性;在3186缎纹/3266树脂体系和827单向碳布/3266树脂体系中,定型剂用量分别为8%和5%时,定型剂的加入对复合材料的力学性能没有造成明显的劣化作用。 On the ground of researching of processing property of 3266 resins,the influence of tackifier contents on the flexural strength, shearing strength, and modulus of composites (3186 carbon cloth/3266 resin and 827 carbon cloths / 3266 resin) were also studied. The results showed that the fabric of the reinforced material was a very critical factor in the influence of tackifier contents and optimal tackifier contents on the mechanical property of composites; the tackifier had no negative effect on mechanical property of 827 carbon fabric reinforcement composites and 3186 carbon fabric reinforcement composites, when tackifier contents was individually percent five and eight.
