摘要
对国产与进口水滑石产品在粉体分子结构、粒径、化学式、热性能及红外吸收等性能上的异同进行了比较。结果表明国产水滑石的分子结构特征、热性能、红外吸收性能与日本水滑石基本相同。将上述两种水滑石作为保温添加剂用于农膜生产后发现,两者的加工性、力学性能、透光率及实际应用时的流滴、消雾、保温、防老化功能也无明显差异,国产助剂的成本却大幅下降。但因国产水滑石的粒径稍大,影响到农膜的雾度值和红外线透过率与进口水滑石相比均略有上升。文章对制成的农膜在红外线透过率测试方面趋势不同的原因,以及水滑石在今后的研究方向进行了初步的探讨。
The similarities and differences were compared in molecular structure, particle size, chemical formula,thermal and IR absorbing performance between home made and imported layered double hydroxides. The result indicated the similarities in molecular structure,thermal and IR absorbing performance between two kinds of hydrotalcite, but the particle size of donestic hydrotalcite was larger. The performances of final products in processability, physical and optical performance were similar when home made and imported hydrotalcite were added into agricultural film as a kind of thermal insulation material. But its haze and permeation of IR of agricultural film with domestic hydrotalcite were larger. The reason of different permeation of IR in termination products and the trend of development were discussed.
