中国大学科技园区存在的问题与对策

Problem and solution to the scientific park in the universities of China

针对中国大学科技园区“跟风热”、“占地竞赛”、“投资竞赛”等问题,通过对比斯坦福大学科技园建设经验,提出中国应提高对大学科技园区本质属性的认识;政府应切实加强对兴建大学科技园区的审批与监督;大学应根据科研实力和人力储备确定科技园区规模。

According to the problems such as ＂Upsurge of imitation Competition of occupying domain＂ and ＂Contest of investment＂ in the scientific park in the universities of China, the thesis concludes that our government should improve cognition on the essential attribute of the scientific park in the universities; strengthen the approval and supervisor programs of establishing the scientific park in the universities; and all the universities should confirm the size of its scientific park on the basis of the Scientific strength and the reservation of human resources compared with the experiences of the scientific park in Stanford University.
