摘要
运用光镜、组化染色和电镜技术通过对用药妇女的配对调查和动物试验，证明在常规剂量下。性激素类避孕药对牙周组织的影响为龈上皮增生，但龈上皮细胞的形态和超微结构则无变化，牙周组织其他部分也无变化。牙菌斑和结石上的细菌仍为长期用药妇女牙周炎症的始动因素，而性激素类避孕药可能增加牙周组织对致病细菌的易感性。为此应强调对用药妇女的口腔保健，通过定期清除牙菌斑和结石等措施来保证她们的牙周的健康。
Animal experiment demonstated that the effect of sexual hormone anticoncipiens on periedontal tissue was proliferation of gingival epithelium.Neither morphological and ultrastructural change of epithelial cells nor change of other part of periodontal tissue were observed.Bacteria dental plague and calculus were basic pathogenic factor of the periodontitis of woman who took anticoncipiens for a long period,but anticoncipiens might enhance the susceptibility to pathogenic bacteria.Therefore the authors emphasize the oral care for woman who takes anticoncipiens.
