摘要
在压力容器开孔的有限元计算模型中,传统有限元计算模型忽略了法兰的作用,其结果是相当保守的。带法兰的接管开孔有限元计算模型,由于法兰的作用使得接管整体刚性提高,从而使接管与筒体交接处的应力大大减小。将不同接管伸出长度的带法兰计算模型的结果进行了比较,归纳出了不同接管伸出长度法兰力矩对于接管开孔边缘处应力的影响。
In finite element calculation model for pressure vessel opening,traditional finite ele- ment calculation model ignores flange function that results in conservation.The finite element calculation model for connecting pipe opening with flange can enhance overall rigidity of con- necting pipe,which considerably reduces the stress at the connection of connecting pipe and canister.A Comparison has been made between the results of calculation model with flange in different project length of connecting pipe.The impact of flange moment of different project length on stress at the opening edge of connect- ing pipe is summed up.
