浅谈低温甲醇洗装置机泵密封的选型

BRIEF TALK ON PUPM SEAL TYPE SELECTION IN LOW—TEMPERATURE METHANOL—WASH PLANT

随着机械密封技术的发展以及API 682对泵用轴密封系统标准的不断完善,可采用推入式机械密封替代传统的波纹管密封。推入式机械密封在选材上除严格执行API 682的要求外,为了适应低温的要求,动环密封圈采用了聚四氟乙烯材料。文中针对聚四氟乙烯材料在低温状况下弹性差的缺点,对其结构进行了改造。在冲洗方案的选择上,采用了API 682中phanll+phan52的可靠冲洗方案。使推入式机械密封在低温甲醇洗装置上的应用取得了成功。

With the development of sealing tech- nology and the specification of pump shaft seal- ing system is gradually consummated by API682,propeller mechanical seal can be used instead of traditional corrugation seal.Except the propeller mechanical seal must follow the re- quirement of API682 on material selection,the rotating seal ring shall use Teflon material in or- der to suit to low—temperature requirement. Since Teflon material has poor elasticity in the condition of low temperature,the reformation has been done on its structure and phan11+ phan52 washing scheme of API682 has been used,which makes propeller mechanical seal to be succeeded using in low—temperature metha- nol—wash plant.
