The Development of Soybean Protein Fibre:A Review

大豆蛋白纤维以其具有的许多优异性能,如吸湿性能、透气性能、保暖性能和可纺性能都与毛、麻、丝、棉等天然纤维相仿,而成本又远低于后者,其主要原料是来自于榨过油的大豆粕,原料数量大、可再生,生产过程环保。本文着重介绍大豆蛋白纤维的组成、特性、生产与发展。

Soybean protein is similar to wool, flax, silk, cotton and other kinds of natural fibre with its excellent capabilities, such as moisture absorption, air permeability, warmth maintenance and spinnable capability, and its production cost is much less than other natural fibre. The major raw material for soybean protein is soybean meal which is rich, reproductive and friendly for environment protection in processing. This article focuses on composition, capability, processing and development of soybean protein fibre.
