毛色变异金黄地鼠生殖腺组织结构的观察研究

Observations on the Tissue Structure of Reproductive Glands in the Albino Golden Hamster

本研究对毛色变异金黄地鼠的睾丸和卵巢进行了组织学观察和研究。结果提示部分变异地鼠的生殖腺组织结构发生了变异，呈现退化趋势。表现为睾丸和副睾发育不良，曲细精管中无正常精子生成。卵巢也呈萎缩状态，无正常的发育卵泡，结缔组织较多，不能形成正常的卵子。表明变异地鼠的生殖机能已严重退化。

The histological study of the testis and ovary of albino hamster was carried out. The results showed that the histological structure of reproductive glands were changed and tended to degenerate. Seminiferous tubules of the testis in part of the albino hamsters were relatively sparse. No normal spermatozoa were found in the tubal cavities, The ovaries were also found abnormal. The primary oocytes in the different stages were not found. The ovary could not produce normal eggs. It was suggested that the reproductive function of the albino hamster was seriously degenerated.
