重组促红细胞生成素应用于长期血透患者贫血

Use of Recombinant Human Erythropietin(R─HUEPO)for Treating Anemia of Uremic HD Patients

慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症病人自身产生的促红细胞生成素减少，大部分维持性血透病人需每月１～２次输血治疗。本文３８例长期血透病人应用重组人类促红细胞生成素（ｒ─ＨｕＥｐｏ），结果示：红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积均显著升高。

HuEpo produced by uremic patients with chronic renal failure was reduced.Most of lasting HD patients needed blood transfusion once or twice a month.In this paper,38 cases of long─term HD patients were treated with R─HuEpo.The resuIts showcd significant in crease of red blood cell counting,hemoglobin and hematocrit。
