青年女性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素的关系

REFERENCE VALUE OF YOUNG WOMEN'S HEMOGLOBIN AND ITS GEOGRAPHICAN FACTORS IN CHINA.

目的:为制定中国青年女性血红蛋白正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法:收集了中国208个单位用氰化高铁血红蛋白(HiCN)法测定的20475例青年女性血红蛋白正常参考值,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与中国地理因素的关系。结果:发现青年女性血红蛋白正常参考值与中国地理因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=236.74)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出回归方程:^Y=120.9+0.007007X1+0.2250X3-0.6640X4±14.8。结论:若知道中国某地的地理因素,可用回归方程估算出该地区的血红蛋白正常参考值。

Objective： To supply a basis for uniting the reference value criterion of Chinese young women＇ s hemoglobin. Methods： A research is made about relationship between the reference value of 20475 examples of Chinese healthy young women＇ s hemoglobin and five geographical factors in 208 areas in China, the normal reference value is determined by the hemoglobincyanide method.Resets： It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the reference value of Chinese young women＇ s hemoglobin are quite signitleant （F=236.74） . Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation was given out： Y = 120.9 ＋ 0.007007× 1 ＋ 0. 2250 ×3 - 0.6640 × 4± 14.8. Conehtsion： If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the reference value of Chinese young women＇ s hemoglobin of this area can be reckoned by using regression equations.
