咸宁农村乙型肝炎知识传播来源和获得需求的调查

THE SURVEY OF THE SPREADING SOURCE AND ACQUIRING DEMAND TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF HEPATITIS B IN THE COUNTRY OF XIANNING CITY.

目的:调查了解农村乙型肝炎知识的传播来源和获得需求。方法:自制《农村乙肝知识来源和需求调查表》,内容包括:县、乡、村、性别、年龄、文化程度及“对于乙肝的有关知识你是通过什么途径得知的”和“对于乙肝的有关知识你认为最好的获得途径是什么”等。结果:乙肝知识的传播来源分别以电视、听别人讲、书刊等占前3位,且不同年龄、不同文化程度间差异有统计学意义;而乙肝知识的获得需求以电视、书刊、广播等占前3位,且不同性别、不同年龄、不同文化程度间差异均有统计学意义。结论:乙肝知识常见的传播方式有多种,应了解群众对乙肝知识的传播需求情况,更好地开展健康教育工作。

Objective： To survey and know the spreading source and acquiring demand to the knowledge of Hepatitis B in the Countryside. Methods： A table was designed for investigation, the Source and Demanding to the Knowledge of Hepatitis B in the Countryside. The surveying items included county, town, village, sex, age, culture degree, the approach of acquiring the knowledge about hepatitis B and what is the best way to acquire the knowledge of hepatitis B etc. Results： Among the spreading sources of the knowledge about hepatitis B, TV, learning from others, books and periodicals are the primary, secondary and tertiary way respectively, what＇ s more, the difference is obvious among different age, culture degree; among the ways of acquiring demand to the Knowledge of Hepatitis B, TV, books and periodicals, broadcast are the primary, secondary and tertiary respectively, besides the difference is significant among different sex, age, culture degree. Conclusion： There are many ways to acquire the knowledge of hepatitis B, it is necessuary to know people＇ s demand to the knowledge of hepatitis B and develop the health education.
