摘要
目的:建立面粉中过氧苯甲酰的测定方法。方法:利用示波极谱法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰,将过氧化苯甲酰还原成苯甲酸,苯甲酸在0.3mol/LNaCl-1.2mol/LNaOH底液中,经浓硝酸和浓硫酸作用后于-0.70V左右出现一灵敏的导数波。结果:平均回收率为95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.8%,灵敏度可达10 ppb。结论:该方法易操作,灵敏度,准确度高,更适用于基层实际应用。
Objective: To develop a method for benzoyl peroxide detection in flour.Methods: To determine benzoyl peroxide in flour by oscillopolarography. First , benzoyl peroxide was reduced to benzoic acid. In 0.3mol/L NaCl- 1.2mol/LNaOH solution; it was oxidized by the dense nitric acid and dense vitriol; Finally, it presented a sensitive derivative wave around - 0.70v. Results: Average reooveries was 95%, with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 3.8%, and the sensitivity was 10ppb.Conclusion. The proposed method is sensitive, rapid and can be accurate. It is more sensitive and suitable for practical application.
