摘要
目的:优化发酵条件提高细菌CPU0402发酵生产辅酶Q10的产量。方法:在实验室5.5 L发酵罐中考察影响辅酶Q10发酵的主要因素,采用分阶段控氧模式并通过补料流加的方式延长发酵过程中的产物合成期从而获得辅酶Q10的高产率。结果:在优化条件后的补料分批发酵中辅酶Q10的产量达到了14.5 mg·L-1,生产率达到0.392 mg·L-1·h-1,分别比分批发酵的最佳值提高了65.5%和7.4%。结论:应用分阶段控氧模式和补料流加的方法可显著提高细菌CPU0402发酵生产辅酶Q10的产量。
Objective: To optimize the fermentation conditions of CPU0402 to increase' the yield of coenzyme Q10- Methods: The primary factors to impact the fermentative coenzyme Q10 in a 5.5 L fermentor with a bacterial strain CPU0402 were investigated. The synthetic period to produce the coenzyme Q10 was optimized by fed-batch fermentation and phased deliquescent oxygen. Results: The yield of the coenzyme Ql0 accounted for 14.5 mg·L^-1 and the production rate reached 0. 392 mg·L^-1·h^-1 under the optimal fermentative conditions. Compared to the batch fermentation with the CPU0402, the yield and production rate was escalated by 65.5% versus 7.4%. Conclusion: The higher yield of coenzyme Q10 was attainable by fed-batch fermentation and phased deliquescent oxygen.
