摘要
制备了数种超强酸、吸附酸催化剂,以乙酸/正丁醇的酯化为探针反应,讨论了催化剂焙烧温度、催化剂用量、硫酸浸泡液浓度对催化剂催化效率的影响.结果表明:对于酯化反应来说,吸附酸优于超强酸.超强酸酯化得率为93.5%,而吸附酸酯化得率大于99.0%.
A few of superacid and adsorption catalysts were prepared,their activities for esterifi- cation have been measured,the effects of active temperature and amount of catalysts on catalytic efficiency have been discassed.Results show that adsorption catalysts are advan- tage than superacid catalysts,the yield using superacid catalysts could only reach 93.5%. but the yield using adsorption catalysts could reach more than 99.0%.
