摘要
文章研究了输出电流电压可调的低压大电流DC-DC变换器的实现技术。在分析比较并联双管正激变换器两种交错并联方式优缺点的基础上,采用了在输出电压侧并联的方式,提出了只用一个电流互感器交错采样,实现两路交错开关,并且输出均流的电路方案。分析了变换器的工作模态,研究了变压器、电感等功率电路参数对均流性能的影响,给出了实验结果。
The variable low voltage and high current DC-DC converter is studied. The method of paralleling at the output capacitor is used based on the comparing of the two methods of paralleling. Only one current sensor is used and it serves the transformers alternately and the sensed current is compared with a common reference to generate PWM signal with current sharing,The PWM pulse controls the interleaved converters in parallel alternately and exact interleaving achieved. The operating principle of the interleaved converter, the interleaving and current sharing performance influenced by parameter tolerance of the transformer and inductor are analyzed in detail. The key points of design are presented. Experimental results are given to verify the analysis.
