摘要
本文介绍了如何使用普传P17000矢量控制变频器的主板端子功能、保护功能等实现混合动力电动汽车的低频大转矩及通过汽车油门信号的大小进行调速的工艺要求,同时实现了节能与环保;着重介绍了变频器在混合动力电动汽车系统中的工作原理,变频器矢量控制的功能参数设置及调试方法,变频器常见故障及排除措施。
The article introduces how to use Powtran PI7000 vector control inverter' s main board terminal function and protection function to realize the low frequency and high torque of combined motivity electromotion automobilel as well as speed adjusting technics requirement according with control of accelerograph signal. Energy saving and environment protection are realized with this system. Working principle of inverter in this automobile system, functional parameter configuration and debug method of inverter vector control are introduced, as well as the frequent malfunction and eliminating measure.
