ANALYSIS AND SOLUTION OF COLD BOX FREEZING AND BLOCKING

对冷箱冻堵的原因进行分析,总结以往处理方法的优劣,改进创新气体配液吹扫的方法。在吹扫气体中配入清洗液来清理冻堵或堵塞的冷箱,操作过程简便,清洗效果好。经过近10年的使用,证明该方法能够消除冷箱的冻堵和堵塞,保证冷箱达到设计的换热能力。

Based on the analysis ot cold box freezing and blocking as well as the summary of advantages and disad- vantages of former processing methods,a new method is put forward in this article.Washing liquid is mixed into the blowing gas to clean the frozen or blocked cold box. This new method is easy,reliable and applicable. Decade's usage has proved that this method can solve the freezing and blocking problem of cold box and keep the designed heat exchange capacity of the cold box.
