摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离出豆状囊尾蚴囊液LDH同工酶5条酶带,酯酶同工酶1条酶带,蛋白质9条区带;宿主——兔腹水乳酸脱氢酶同工酶5条酶带,酯酶同工酶5条酶带,蛋白质16条区带。本研究对豆状囊尾蚴囊液同工酶、蛋白质、豆状囊尾蚴虫体同工酶与蛋白质、宿主腹水同工酶、蛋白质的相互关系作了分析。结果表明:豆状囊尾蚴的酶蛋白和蛋白质来源可能独立于宿主,在一定程度上受宿主影响;虫体的蛋白质组成更复杂,囊液内代谢可能比虫体内更旺盛。
The LDH,Est isoenzyme and protein patterns of Cysticercus pisiformis,and host(rabbit) were disconnected by PAGE.There were 5 bands of LDH,1 band of Est and 9 bands of protein in the liquid of C.pisiformis,there were 4 bands of LDH,non band of Est and 17 bands of protein of wall and scolex of C.pisiformis,5 bands of Est and 16 bands of protein in the ascites of host.
