摘要
蕨菜是一些野生可食用且营养价值很高的蕨类植物。经考察,重庆地区的蕨菜资源很丰富,但至今未能得到较好的开发利用。本文着重介绍蕨菜的营养价值及开发利用蕨菜的意义和方法。
The pterivegetables are uncultivated,edible pteridophyta with high nutrition.The investigation indicates:there are rich pterivegetables resources in Chongqing area.But they are not exploited and utilized to this day.This text will mainly expound their untritive value,significanec and method of their exploitation and utilization.
