提升私营企业发展素质的对策探讨——基于江苏私营企业发展现状的实证研究

Probing into Countermeasures to Improve the Developing Qualities of Private Enterprises

私营企业是社会主义市场经济的组成部分,它的成长已经并将继续在促进经济增长、扩大就业和增强公民现代性等方面发挥重要作用。本文基于江苏省工商联2006年4月在全省进行的私营企业抽样调查,分析了私营企业发展的基本状况及面临的问题,并在此基础上提出提升私营企业发展素质的对策。微观上,私营企业要以管理练内功,以创新求发展;宏观上,政府要加强引导,创造有利于私营企业发展的环境和条件。

As the composing parts of socialist market economy, private enterprises' growth has played and will continue to play important roles in promoting economic growth, enlarging employment, strengthening citizen's modern nature and other aspects. Based on the sample investigation by Jiangsu Union of Industry and Commerce in April, 2006, this paper analyses the basic state of private enterprises and problems they face, and then proposes some countermeasures to improve the developmental qualities of private enterprises. For the micro aspect, private enterprises should practice the internal quality through management and seek development by innovation; for the macro aspect, the government should pay more attention to guiding and create environment and conditions conducive to the development of private enterprises.
