摘要
通过分析ｍ阶最小支集样条小波函数，建立了对应的奇次插值函数，并在弹性薄板挠度问题的有限元法中加以应用。
This papetr has studied the minimum support spline wavelet function,the cotresponding odd interpolating function is consturcted and their properties are discussed. Finally they are applied to the finite element method in the problem of deflection of elastic plate.
