接种根瘤菌和施磷肥对蚕豆共生固氮及产量的影响

EFFECT OF INOCULATION OF RHIZOBIUM AGENT AND APPLICATION OF PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER ON SYMBIC NITROGEN FIXATION AND YIELD OF BROAD BEAN

研究接种根瘤菌和施磷肥对蚕豆根瘤、植株生长和产量的影响，试验结果表明：接种瘤菌使蚕豆单株总瘤数、总瘤干重、茎、叶的含氮量和产量分别提高了８９，５％、１２６．９％、２５．９９％、７．０５％、１４．９６％；在接菌的同时增施磷肥获得了更好的效果，使上述指标分别提高了１３１．２％、２２４．０％、６４．２４％、３５．５５％、２１．４７％。这对提高本省蚕豆产量具有良好的效果。

The paper reports the effect of inoculation of rhizobium agent and application of phosphate fertilizer on root nodule,growth and yield of broad beau.The result showed that inoculation of rhizobium agent could increase total number and total weight of root nodule per plant,nitrogen content in leaf and stem and yield of broad bean by 89.5%,126.9 %,25.99% 7,05%and 14.96% respectively.Combination of inoculation of rhizobium agent and application of phosphate fertilizer could produce better result,and therefore the indexes mentioned above reached 131.2%,224.0%,64.24%,35.55% and 21.47 %respectively.So it is proved to be a good method to raise the yield of broad bean in our province.
