面向决策支持的竞争情报中心框架研究

Research on a Framework for Decision Support Oriented Competitive Intelligence Center

首先从决策支持的角度给出了对竞争情报中心的认识，竞争情报中心是由竞争情报小组和计算机网络竞争情报系统组成，也是通过人机有机结合等多种方式支持企业决策者做出战略决策的广义竞争情报系统；然后深入分析了竞争情报中心的决策支持作用，并给出了一种竞争情报中心的总体框架；最后阐述了竞争情报中心的开发策略。文中指出，构建竞争情报中心有利于提高竞争情报活动的效果和决策支持的成功率。

Firstly, the cognition of competitive intelligence center is given from the viewpoint of decision support, which is composed by competitive intelligence group and competitive intelligence system based on computer network and is a generalized competitive intelligence system in order to support decision makers to make strategy decisions by multiple ways like human-machine interaction and so on. Then, the decision support effect of competitive intelligence center is also analyzed and a framework of competitive intelligence center is presented. Finally, the developing strategy of competitive intelligence center is put forward. This paper points out that competitive intelligence center could help enhance the effect of competitive intelligence activities and the success rate of decision support.
