摘要
简要介绍了大型水电站机电安装工程总进度计划编制需要考虑的几个重点问题、进度计划提前实施需要研究和落实的几项相关工作以及进度计划的更新与实施。
Main issues about preparation of overall schedule for electrical and mechanical equipment installation at large-scaled hydropower stations are briefly presented.Some relevant work necessary to be studied and carried out for executing schedule ahead of time are described.Updating and implementation of the schedule are given.
