摘要
本文对硝基酮麝香的合成工艺路线进行了改进,对反应条件如催化剂、温度及溶剂的选择进行了优化,其最佳反应条件为;以三氯化侣作催化剂,二氯乙烷作溶剂,并使反应在冰盐浴中进行,从而使产品的产量和质量均有提高。
This paper reports the technological process of synthesizing 3, 5-dinitro-2, 6-dimethyl-4-tert-butyl acetopherone. The synthetic method was improved. The synthetic conditions such as catalyst, temperature and solvent are selected. The suitable conditions are following: AlCl3 as catalyst, CH2Cl2 as solvent, ice-salt - bath. The yield and quality were improved.
