摘要
Cr3+和V2+离子分别掺进晶体MgO时,将引起局域结构产生四角畸变,本文研究了掺杂晶体MgO:V2+和MgO:Cr3+的EPR零场分裂D,理论计算和实验观察基本一致;并指出。
When impurities Cr 3+ or V 2+ substitute Mg 2+ ions in cubic MgO crystals, tetragonal distortion of the local structure takes place. Based on this, the zero field splitting parameter D of the MgO:V 2+ and MgO:Cr 3+ crystals are reasonably explained. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental values. The investigation shows that the tetragonal distortion for MgO:V 2+ is smaller than for MgO:Cr 3+ .
