介绍TOSCAN-D3000C系统在开封供电公司环形配电线路中的应用,以及安装前后的对比,极大地提高了配网线路的供电可靠性。
TOSCAN-D3000C system is a kind of matured distribution automatic technology consisting of fault identification and recovery power-supply system. Its implementation effectively solves traditional drawback that distribution circuitry itself fails to locate where the failure is. Moreover, the system could automatically isolate failure area within the minimum range and recover power-supply where there is no failure as soon as possible, which sharply shortens the period that fixes round distribution circuitry failure. Through years practice of installation in Power supply company of Kaifeng, the system could reduce 2.71 times of lost electrical power and user time compared with without TOSCAN-D3000C system, which dramatically improves power-supply reliability of distribution circuitry.
