摘要
利用常规石蜡制片法对中国樱桃矮变株和正常株的茎、叶进行了解剖结构研究.结果表明,中国樱桃矮变株由于其茎、叶结构发生了变异而使其具有一定的矮化作用,故建议定名为中国樱桃短枝型或短枝樱桃较合适.
The anatomic structures of stems and leaves for short-bush and normal plants of Pseudocerasus are studied by using regular paraffin-cut section. The results show that there are differences between short-bush and normal plants in primary and secondary structures,the ratio of palisade to spongy tissues in leaves of short-bush plants is more than one,and in normal plants less than one.
