回转窑健康维护便携式快速检测与信息管理决策系统

摘要 研制的回转窑健康维护便携式快速检测与信息管理决策系统,集检测、分析、管理和调窑优化决策于一体,由传感器安装支承装置、集成式信号采集装置和便携式计算机装置组成。传感器安装支承装置包括定位支承座和移动式可调支架;集成式信号采集装置包括传感器、前置器、数显表头、USB数据采集卡和供电电源;便携式计算机装置由笔记本电脑及软件系统组成。系统硬件结构紧凑,定位、安装传感器快速,自带电源,携带使用操作方便;软件人机界面友好、管理功能强大。该系统适应性好,能适应回转窑的不同尺寸规格要求;检测精度高,轴线偏差检测精度优于±1·5mm;工作性能稳定,适用于回转窑高温、多灰尘的恶劣工作环境。实践表明,应用该系统对保证回转窑安全、高效地健康运行,提高回转窑运转率有显著作用。 A portable fast measurement and information management decision-making system for rotary kiln health maintenance is composed by three parts and integrated by the function of detection, analysis, management and optimization decision-making for kiln. As follows for the three parts: The first one is installation and support device of sensor included orientation pedestal and adjustable bracket. The second one is integrated signal acquisition device made up of sensor, front end circuit, data-showing meter, USB data acquisition card and power supply. The last one is portable computer device consisted of notebook PC and corresponding software. The hardware structure is compact, which can fast locate and install sensor, bring the power source, so that it is convenient to take and use. The software has friendly man-machine interface and powerful management function. This system is very adaptability and can be adapted to different size and specification requirement of rotary kiln. It can operate stably in the bad working condition of high temperature and multi-dust with high measurement precision within 1.5mm. Practices prove that it is dramatically effective in guaranteeing rotary kiln health operate safely and efficiently, and improving the running rate of rotary kiln by applying this system.
