摘要 介绍了NbTiTa超导体的加工工艺,与NbTi相比较讨论了NbTiTa超导体微观组织、临界电流密度、上临界场的特点。根据已获得的研究成果预测了NbTiTa超导体可能的发展方向。 This paper reviews the processing of NbTiTa superconductor, and introduces the properties of microstructure, the critical current density, and the upper critical field by comparing with NbTiTa. According to the pioneer＇s study, it discusses the possible development of NbTiTa superconductor.
