A Review on the Electrical Anisotropy Materials

综述了近几年来国内外对电学各向异性材料的研究进展,介绍了材料电学各向异性的定义、类型、存在的领域、产生的机理及制备的方法,探讨了电学各向异性材料的应用和发展前景。指出目前电学各向异性材料的研究还处于起步阶段,具有重要的意义。

This paper reviews the recent progress in the study on electrical anisotropy materials and introduces the types, mechanisms and preparations of these materials. Its application and development prospect are discussed subsequently which indicate that study of electrical anisotropy materials is still in the initial period but very important.
