摘要
介绍了包括热障涂层、高温合金薄板、金属/陶瓷及金属/金属间化合物微叠层薄板等金属热防护系统结构材料的特点,并简要介绍了电子束物理气相沉积设备的工作原理、结构及其工艺特点。着重评述了利用该工艺制备多种体系高温结构材料的研究现状,最后对未来的发展趋势作出了客观的评价与展望。
Characteristics of the structural materials such as thermal barrier coatings, high-temperature alloy sheet and metallic/intermetallic microlaminates that used on metallic thermal protective systems are introduced, and then the operating principle, conformation and technological characteristics of electron beam physical vapor deposition equipment are expounded in brief. The research status of multiform high-temperature structural materials prepared by EB-PVD is commented and the trend of research development in future is presented objectively in this paper.
