摘要
本文通过比较两种不同的合成路线介绍了氟氯氰菊酯的合成方法。以对氟苯甲醛为起始原料,经过溴化、缩醛化、醚化、水解、酯化合成氟氯氰菊酯,总收率45%。该工艺具有原料易得、反应步骤少等特点。
This paper introduced the synthesis method of cyiluthrin by comparing two routes.Cyiluthrin was synthesized by bromination ,acetalation,etherification, Hydrolysis,esterification five steps from 4-fluorobenzaldehyde with a total yield of 45%.This process offers the advantages of ready availability of reactants and few reaction steps.
