基于均匀化方法的多孔板结构设计数值研究 被引量:3

摘要 多孔板结构一直存在计算复杂的问题。采用均匀化方法对多孔板结构进行有效的简化,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行数值模拟研究,提出了用于计算多孔板结构的经验公式,简化了工程计算和设计。参考正交试验设计法选取了多个工程实例,通过对比经验公式计算结果和数值分析结果,验证了公式的可靠性。 In the present decades, it has always been a great difficulty to calculate the perforated plate structure. Homogenization method is adopted to simplify effectively a perforated plate structure and then software ANSYS is employed to compute and analyze it, subsequently an empirical formula is obtained through approximation, which will by far simplified the engineering computation. Referencing to the Orthogonal Experimental Design principle, various instances are selected for comparison of the results by the formula with those of the numerical analysis, which verifies the reliability of the empirical formula.
