混合汁、清汁还原糖分测定方法的改进

Improvement of Detecting the Content of R. S. in Mixed Juice and Clarified Juice

在混合汁、清汁还原糖分测定中，常用剧毒的二氯化汞作为防腐剂。通过对苯甲酸、富马酸二甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、甲醛、山梨酸钾及二氯化汞等６种防腐剂作对比试验，发现山梨酸钾可替代二氯化汞用于还原糖分的测定。

n the determination of reducing sugar in the mill, Mercuric Chloride, whichis very poisonous, is often used as antiseptic agent. This paper selects six kinds of antisepticagen to detect the content of R. S. of mixed juice and clarified juice, such as benzene carboxylic acid, fumaric binetthyl acid, etyl P-hydroxybenzoate, formaldehyde, potassium sorhaie and mercuric chloride. As a result, it￣s found that Potassium sorbaie has little deferenceof tile rotproofness with Mercuric chloride.
