摘要
本文研究了氨水介质中,痕量铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B褪色的新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的新方法。方法的灵敏度为1.82×10 ̄(-10)gFe(Ⅲ)/ml,测定范围为0—0.8μgFe(Ⅲ)/25ml。用于测定人发及水中痕量铁(Ⅲ),结果满意。
Trace iron in ammonia medium catalyzes the discolouring reaction that Rhodnline-B has been discoloured by peroxide hydrogen. A new method for the determination of trace Fe3+ is established by spectrophotometry. The sensitivity of the method is 1. 82×10-(10)g Fe3+/ml. The range of determination is 0-0.8μgFe3+/ 25ml. The method has been used satisfactorily for the analysis of water and human hair samples.
