两种细小病毒MVM宿主细胞的比较研究

A Comparing Study on Two Kinds of Host Cells of Parvovirus MVM

ＭＶＭ属自主性细小病毒，对相当多种类的体内外生长的肿瘤细胞和转化细胞有抑制作用。本文对ＮＢＫ细胞的软琼脂克隆形成率和染色体进行了分析，确认ＮＢＫ细胞为转化细胞，且对ＭＶＭ敏感。在此基础上，比较了两种细小病毒ＭＶＭ宿主细胞ＮＢＫ和Ａ＿９的细胞存活率、单位体积培养液中的细胞产量和病毒产量，认为Ａ＿９细胞更适合于作为细小病毒ＭＶＭ的宿主细胞进行病毒的制备和生产。

MVM,a kind of autonomous parvovirus,can inhibit many kinds of tumor cells or transformed cells in vivo or in vitro.In this paper,the forming rate of clone in soft agar and the chromnosomes of NBK cell were analyzed.It was convinced that NBK cell was transformed cell,and was sensitive to MVM. Based on the abovementioned,two kinds of host cells of MVM,NBK cell and A9 cell,were compared at the sides of living rate of cells,yields of cells and MVM in per volume of medium.It was thought that A9 cell was a better host cell to the preparation and production of MVM.
