食用菌种植中污染菌青霉的拮抗菌筛选 被引量:11

摘要 针对食用菌种植中常见的污染菌青霉(penicil- lium)进行了生物防治探讨,通过拮抗(antagonism)实验筛选到一株拮抗菌—蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus Fran- kland& Frankland);并将其与有关灭菌剂进行了对比,同时也进行了小规模田间防治实验,均取得了较好的效果。 The edible fungu's production has become an important aspect of Agriculture already. But there exists a serious problem, It is polluted by epiphyte easily, and the pollution limits the large production of the edible fungus. This text aims at isolating a antagonistic Strain against penicillium, It was identified as Bacillus cereus Frankland& Frankland by physiological, biochemical test. It had distinctively inhibitive effect on penicillium in small field examination, better than common disinfector.
