摘要
针对食用菌种植中常见的污染菌青霉(penicil- lium)进行了生物防治探讨,通过拮抗(antagonism)实验筛选到一株拮抗菌—蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus Fran- kland& Frankland)；并将其与有关灭菌剂进行了对比,同时也进行了小规模田间防治实验,均取得了较好的效果。
The edible fungu＇s production has become an important aspect of Agriculture already. But there exists a serious problem, It is polluted by epiphyte easily, and the pollution limits the large production of the edible fungus. This text aims at isolating a antagonistic Strain against penicillium, It was identified as Bacillus cereus Frankland＆ Frankland by physiological, biochemical test. It had distinctively inhibitive effect on penicillium in small field examination, better than common disinfector.
