一种新型酚醛片状模塑料的研究

摘要 本文讨论了一种新型酚醛片状模塑料的制备方法、增稠机理和制品性能.研究结果表明,当单独用氧化镁作增稠剂时增稠速度慢;当单独用氢氧化钙作增调剂时增稠速度快,硅烷偶联剂能够催化酚醛片状模塑料的硬化和固化.同时还讨论了玻璃纤维含量和模压工艺对制品性能的影响。这些研究结果为生产优质的酚醛片状模塑料提供了理论依据。 Preparation and thickening mechanism as well as properties of a new phenolic SMC were discussed in this paper. The results show that using calcium hydroxide as a thickening agent causes rapid hardening of phenolic SMC, but using magnosium oxide alone as a thickening agent results in a slow hardening rate. It has been discovered that the silane coupling agent catalyzes the hardening and curing of phenolic SMC. The influence of content of glass fiber and molding condition on the properties of the cured produCt of phenolic SMC were discussed in this paper, too.
