简介了优化设计方法,建立了优化问题的数学模型,用有限元分析软件ANSYS对精密剪切模具中的一个部件——剪刃进行结构优化,使其在满足应力、位移的约束条件下,达到重量最轻,得到了令人满意的优化结果。
The optimized design method is proposed and the mathematical model for optimization is defined. Through analyzing the component of the die for precise shearing-the cutter by employing the software of ANSYS, the optimized result is obtained, such as minimum weight under the condition of required stress, strain and constraints.
