摘要 目的:改良微悬浮聚合法制备孔雀石绿分子印迹聚合物微球(M IPs)。方法:采用分子印迹技术,以孔雀石绿为模板,优化单体、乳化剂等反应条件,观察孔雀石绿M IPs的检测性能。结果:AM和MAA两种功能单体等量混合,模板与单体的比例为1:8、EGDMA为交联剂、AIBN为引发剂,吐温-80为乳化剂,制备的M IPs对孔雀石绿吸附性强,重复性好,检测限为0.63±0.07μg/m l。结论:利用分子印迹技术制备的孔雀石绿M IPs检测效果基本达到我国国家标准方法的水平,同时具有可再生、操作方法简便快速、易于推广等优点。 Objective:To prepare molecularly imprinting polymer microsphere of the malachite green by improved microsuspension polymerization. Methods:Molecular imprinting technology with the malachite green was used as the template to optimize monomer and emulsifier and observe the performance of such molecularly imprinting polymer microsphere of the malachite green. Results : Both AM and MAA functional monomers were mixed with equal amount. The ratio of the template to monomer was 1:8. The crosslink agent was EGDMA and the initiator was AIBN. The emulsifier was tween - 80. The obtained MIPs had better absorbability and repeatability. The detection limit was 0. 63 ±0.07μg/ml. Conclusion: Detected effect of the malachite green MIPs is equal to GB level, which have many other advantages, e. g. reproducibility and being easy to operate and promote.
