摘要
各图书馆读者证的不同办理规定引发了笔者对目前图书馆读者服务中存在的一些问题的思考,进一步对其进行了人文的分析和评判,并试图探求提升图书馆读者服务水平的途径。
The different regulations with regard to the application and issuance of reader's card in different libraries cause the writer to think deeply some problems with reader's service in libraries at present, to make further humanistic analysis and comments on this issue, and in an attempt, to research into the approach to improve the reader's service provided by libraries.
