摘要
随着信息技术的发展和现代政府职能的转变,电子政府在我国的各大城市广泛开展,但成功的例子不多。本文通过对知识管理在实施电子政府过程中意义的分析,提出了基于知识管理的电子政府成功必须实现的四个关键功能。
E- government has got comprehensive implement for the development of modern information technology and the turning of government＇s function, but there is barely success example. This paper put forwards four pillar functions of e - government based on knowledge management through analyzing the meaning of knowledge management in application of e- government.
