禽蛋具有很高的营养价值,是人们日常生活中重要的动物性营养食品之一。研究禽蛋的抗压特性对禽蛋的流通、提高商品性、增加收益和促进家禽业的发展都具有十分重要的经济与社会意义。为此,设计了一种借助微机控制来实现禽蛋抗压特性的测试系统,利用该系统能够实现检测数据的接收、显示、保存及检测报表打印、数据维护等功能。

An egg is nutritious; it is one of the nutritive foods of important animal in people＇s daily life. Study compressive properties of the egg for the circulation and improving the goods, increasing incomes of the egg, will promote the development of raising poultry industry and have very important economy and social meanings. The article introduces a compressive properties test system based on microcomputer control. Many functions, such as receive displaying data, saving, printing and maintaining are expounded.
