鲤鱼鳞片断面的微观结构及纳米力学性能 被引量:5

摘要 天然生物材料的研究逐渐从宏观转向微观,其微观结构将为人工材料的设计提供有益的参考。为此,利用体视显微镜和三维激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察了鲤鱼(CyprinusCarpioHaematopterus)鳞片断面的微观结构,并使用纳米力学测试系统测量了鳞片断面的纳米力学性能。结果表明,鳞片为层状复合结构,且各层的纳米硬度值存在较大差异。 More and more attentions have been paid to the micro property of biomaterials. The microstructure of biomaterials will offer an evaluable reference for design of some artificial materials. Microstructure and nanoproperty of transverse section of Cyprinus Carpio Haematopterus were examined with a 3D Laser Scanning confocal Microscope and nano-indenter. The results showed the scale had a microstructure and varied nano-indentation property of different layer.
