Research on Water Resources Rational Allocation

水资源合理配置是解决水资源短缺的有效途径之一。为此,在讨论水资源合理配置概念的基础上,综述了国内外水资源配置的研究进展,指出了目前水资源合理配置研究中存在的对不确定性问题、多流域水资源配置等方面研究不够深入的问题,并提出了在今后的水资源合理配置研究中,一方面可考虑应用供应链管理的理论和方法来解决水资源配置中的管理问题,另一方面开展多流域水资源配置的研究,为流域水资源合理配置与科学管理实践提供科学的决策依据。

Water resources rational allocation is one of efficient ways to solving water shortage. This paper summarizes the research on water resources rational allocation based on new concept of water resources rational allocation. Moreover, it points out existing problems such as uncertainty problem and the research on water resources rational allocation which is not enough. It is suggested that the theory of supply chain management to water resources management and the research on multi river basin water resources rational allocation should be developed to serve decision makers for rational allocation and scientific management of river basin water resources.
