摘要
前盖是小型拖拉机的多孔零件,在以往的逐孔加工中,其加工精度较低,为上,不仅工人劳动强度大,而且生产率低,不利于保证零件加工精度。为此,从企业实际需求出发,在全面分析被加工零件的基础上,指出现有设备的不足,并对16孔单工位组合钻床主轴箱进行创新设计,解决了上述问题。
In view of the actual conditions of enterprises and on the basis of overall analyzing workpiece structure features, accuracy of size, surface roughness, accuracy of distance between drilled holes and other technical requirements, this article points out that the existing equipments used to manufacture workpieces may result in lower productivity, greater intensity of labor and worse working accuracy. The innovative design of spindle box for 16 hole combination drilling machine resolves above problems.
