转基因抗虫杂交棉品种间光合特性及产量品质的比较

摘要 在大田生产条件下,对6个转基因抗虫杂交棉品种光合性能及产量和品质性状进行了比较研究,结果表明,与豫杂35相比,中杂7号的叶片SPAD值、光合性能和Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ在部分时间下降,产量无显著差异,纤维品质指标有优有劣;中棉38叶片SPAD值、光合性能和Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ总体较低,产量减少,但纤维品质较好;中棉48叶片光合性能优于豫杂35,结铃数极显著减少,但铃重极显著增加,产量无显著差异,纤维品质较优;泗杂3号叶片SPAD值、光合性能和Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ有升有降,增产达极显著水平,但纤维品质略差;郑杂1号叶片Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ总体较低,皮棉减产,品质也略差. The photosynthetic characteristic in leaves and yield & fabrics quality were studied under filed conditions with six transgenic insect-resistant hybrid cotton cultivars. The results were as follows: Compared with Yuza 35 (CK), Zhongza 7 showed lower SPAD value, photosynthetic capability, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, ФPS Ⅱ in leaves part of the time, and the same level yield. CCRI 38 showed lower SPAD value, photosynthetic capability, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, ФPS Ⅱ in leaves, and lower yield and higher-quality fabrics. CCRI 48 showed higher photosynthetic capability, significantly less total bolls·hm^-2 and higher boll weight, the same yield level, and especially higher-quality fabrics. Siza 3 showed higher SPAD value, photosynthetic capability, Fv/ Fm, Fv/Fo, ФPS Ⅱ in leaves part of the time , and significantly higher yield, but poorer-quality fabrics. Zhengza 1 showed lower Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, ФPS Ⅱ in leaves, lower yield and poorer-quality fabrics.
